UKIYO'S UNKNOWN is a space filled with wonder and uncertainty, an atmosphere with no bounds, a place both beautiful and dangerous.

 

Ukiyo (浮世), which directly translates to “floating world,” describes a lush lifestyle during the 16th-19th century in Japan. Those who found themselves in this floating world awoke to a dreamlike state, an imagined world built up of desire and passion.  

 

The floating world accompanied by the Unknown welcomes those who are boundless; those whose ideas can’t be weighted by judgement, whose vision can’t be muddled by distance, whose beliefs can’t be disturbed by onlookers.
